Need help with a Fire Sorcerer build
Hello!
So I have been playing BG3 for a while but never actually made a build completely on my own without video guide. I decided to finally try. Me and my friend are in the middle of Act 2 currently, and my build has been okay so far but I’ve mostly been using suggestions online with a bit of my own input.
How do you guys decide what is good for your build and what isn’t? My build is trying to mostly focus on aoe and doing as much fire damage as possible. My build currently is:
Headgear: Hat of Fire Acuity
Amulet: Necklace of Elemental Augmentation
Cloak: Cloak of Protection
Clothing: Obsidian Laced Robe
Gloves: Gloves of Cinder and Sizzle
Boots: Boots of Stormy Clamour
Melee Weapons: Spellsparkler and Melf’s First Staff
Ranged Weapon: Just a crossbow I don’t really use it but I’m aiming for the hellfire hand crossbow
Ring 1: Risky Ring
Ring 2: Ring of Protection
My spells are just any fire spell I can find and then basic ones like magic missile and chromatic orb (I can give more specifics once I can get on the game, I share it with my sister.)
The only feat I have currently is dual wield because I like having 2 effects from 2 weapons and also I like the look of my character holding 2 at once it’s funny as hell. I’m going for elemental adept: fire next though, then putting the rest in upping my charisma which is at a 17 currently.
Any advice is appreciated.
