How do I make this cake decoration by A Little Cake without fondant?
Hi, I want to make a little graduation hat decoration for the top of my cake like the picture attached by A Little Cake (not my picture) but I don't want to use fondant. Has anyone had any luck with a wafer biscuit for the top of the hat? Or do you have any other suggestions? (Apologies for the reupload)
