However, I also offer other digital character art formats, such as: half-body, full-body, and illustrations—all with prices open to negotiation (starting at minimal rates).

❗❗❗TERMS OF SERVICE❗❗❗

- Age: The client must be 16 years of age or older, or have a legal guardian who agrees to all the Terms of Service listed below.

- Agreement: By commissioning the artwork, the client agrees to the terms listed below.

- Payment: Accepted exclusively via PayPal invoice or Wise. Payment is split into 50% upfront (before the first sketch) and 50% upon delivery, or 100% of the total amount paid in full at the start.

- Refunds: A refund may only be requested if work on the piece has not yet begun. Otherwise, the client is not entitled to a refund.

- Digital Product: The artwork will be delivered digitally in PNG format.

- Commercial Use: 2x the base price. Commercial use includes usage in live streams, television broadcasts, merchandise, and any monetized projects.

- Credits: Clients may not claim authorship of the work—either for themselves or on behalf of third parties—and must credit me on social media platforms using my username, regardless of whether or not a commercial license has been purchased.

- Copyright: I retain the copyright and original ownership of the provided artwork. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to advertise and display the work on my websites, social media channels, and portfolios, at my sole discretion.

- NFTs and AI: No artwork created for or provided to the client may be used for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, or NFTs.

Por enquanto é essa a tabela (organizada) pois não tive tempo de fazer a inteira. No entanto ofereço outros formatos de arte digital como meio corpo, corpo inteiro (de personagens) e ilustração - todos com preços abertos para negociação.

TERMOS DE SERVIÇO

• Idade: O cliente deve ter 16 anos ou mais, ou um responsável legal que concorde com todos os termos de serviço listados abaixo.
• Concordância: Ao encomendar a arte, o cliente concorda com os termos abaixo.
• Pagamento: Somente pelo PIX. Sendo 50% antes do primeiro esboço e 50% na entrega, ou 100% do valor total desde o início.
• Reembolso: O reembolso só poderá ser solicitado caso a obra ainda não tenha sido iniciada. Caso contrário, o cliente não terá direito a reembolso.
• Produto digital: A obra será entregue digitalmente, em formato PNG.
• Uso comercial: 2x o valor base. O uso comercial inclui o uso em transmissões ao vivo, transmissões televisivas, mercadorias e qualquer trabalho monetizado.
• Créditos: Os clientes não podem reivindicar a autoria do trabalho nem a de terceiros e devem me creditar nas plataformas de mídia social usando meu nome de usuário, mesmo com ou sem licença comercial.
• Direitos autorais: Eu detenho os direitos autorais e propriedade original do trabalho fornecido, o que inclui, mas não se limita a, publicidade e exibição do trabalho em meus sites, mídias sociais e portfólios, a meu critério.
• NFTs e IA: Nenhum trabalho realizado ou disponibilizado ao cliente será usado para Inteligência Artificial, Aprendizado de Máquina (Machine Learning) ou NFTs.
