As the title says. The instructions for the sakura rice cooker say that for 2 cups of rice, you should fill water up to the #2 line. The scales upwards as you'd expect.

However there is no line for 1 cup of rice? I don't want to do a mountain of rice just for myself, and the instruction book doesn't say anything about this use case.

Has anyone experience this dilemma, and if so how do you solve it!?
