I pushed a pretty significant update to NPC Reactions recently. Previously it was set up to take advantage of the races in my other mod but I got a request from someone I know to adjust it for their use and went ham with it.
The mod now uses the Fame system I put in another mod of mine (does not require the dependency) to track your actions throughout the game. Selected actions and selected quest choices will increase your Renown (good-aligned) or Infamy (evil-aligned) scores ("Fame points"). Deity choice also effects it, so if you use a base-game deity or Deity Expansion then those will add 1 Fame point when you load into the Nautilus.
There are some benefits to both alignments, and remaining good-aligned is harder than falling to the evil-aligned side, as it should be. One of the benefits/annoyances of being truly evil is people sometimes running away in terror! Note: these options can be turned on/off in camp, as with most of my mods, in case they get too annoying.
This has also been set up so other authors can link to the system and create other ways or increasing your influence on the world, or other ways your influence effects others. You can add quests (base-game or custom), actions taken, etc and add ways the Fame score will affect encounters. See the discussion tab for the mod for details.
