Any advice on maxing PT Score at BMT?

I’m about 3 months out from Air Force BMT and my goal is to max or get as close as possible to maxing the PT test. I am working out 5 days a week on an upper body, lower body, push, pull, and lower body 2 split. For running I do 3 runs per week. One interval run, one jog for about 4 miles at 2 HRZ, and one jog for 20 mins.

For people that scored really high at BMT:
What helped the most?
How often were you running before shipping?
Did you focus more on intervals or longer runs?
Any advice for improving push-ups/core fast?
Anything you wish you started doing before BMT?
I’m especially looking for advice from people who improved a lot before shipping or graduated with a 90+ score.

My recruiter selected a job that was not on my job list. What should I do?

My recruiter matched me with 1C5x1 Battle Management Operations for an Aug 25 ship date but it wasn't on the list of jobs I wanted/submitted. I'm looking for more of a stable admin/support-style career field with better work-life balance and more predictable hours.

I asked my recruiter if there was any possibility of another opening and he said, "I can try."

The job is already showing as my "selected career" in the Air Force app, so I'm trying to understand my options at this point.

Has anyone else dealt with getting matched to a job that wasn't on their list? Were you able to switch jobs or wait for another draft? I'm trying to handle this professionally and don't want to burn bridges with my recruiter, but I also don't want to lock myself into a job that doesn't fit what I'm looking for long term. Any advice would be appreciated thank you!
