Update on crazy guy
Small update on the mysterious Serbian guy on 145.000 MHz.
This is now the second evening I've been monitoring him. I noticed that I can receive him very clearly (up to 5 signal bars) in specific locations, especially around a park and near my school, but I can barely hear him from home.
Several Serbian speakers told me that he talks a lot about politics, often uses profanity, and seems to jump between different topics. One person also mentioned hearing him talk about being a grandfather and having grandchildren.
I have more recordings available. If any Serbian speakers are willing to help, I would really appreciate additional translations or summaries of what he is saying.
Also, does this sound like a local operator, a repeater user, or something else entirely?
