Hello there!

I am currently doing the quest in the title. I found the note about the sabotage and the optional part of the quest popped up for searching the vineyard but it seems like I can't investigate anything. I didn't finish 1 task out of the 5; do I have to finish those? I also do not do the other Wine Wars quest yet.
