How Can I Verify My Segway GT3 Has the Original Battery?
I recently picked up a Segway GT3 after my GT3 Pro was stolen a few weeks ago. I received the GT3 directly from Segway, and although the box arrived in rough shape, the scooter itself appeared to be fine. About an hour after unboxing it, I noticed that the deck was missing the red label that displays the scooter’s top speed and estimated range which is typically included on Segway’s newer scooters. And that immediately made me wonder if the scooter might have been a return. I’m trying to figure out what could explain the missing label. One thought that crossed my mind is that perhaps someone returned it after performing a battery swap with a Max G3. Now I’m wondering if that’s a possibility. Is there any way to determine whether the battery has been swapped without having to disassemble the scooter? Yeah I know this a very dumb question.
