I want to play at my desk and have the best nostalgic retro experience, but I don’t know what to choose. For the most part, I just want to play Wii games directly from the console, but there’s an emulated game on the PC that I also want to play on the screen, and I know that with a CRT TV, it’s not as easy as with a CRT monitor to connect it to my PC completely latency-free—for example, my motherboard doesn’t have a second graphics card slot where I could plug in an old graphics card for CRT Emudriver. Is the visual difference between a CRT TV and a CRT monitor very noticeable? I know the resolution is better on a CRT monitor, but I’m not sure if the retro, nostalgic feel would be better on a CRT TV.
