So I wanted to go to East European Comic Con in Romania, in April 24th-26th. I wanted to cosplay as 2 characters: 1 on Saturday (the 25th) and 1 on Sunday (the 26th). The character I wanted to cosplay as on Sunday was Dustin Henderson from Stranger Things. On January 15th, I was scrolling through the internet (because I can't make costumes on my own), and I saw a site that has this costume. You guessed it, it's EzCosplay. It was the only option at that point. And it had every piece of clothing I needed. The thing is... it was expensive. VERY expensive. In Romania terms, it costs 566.8 RON. We're talking about ~130 dollars. With no other option available, I purchased it. The site asked me for the use date. I put March 7th there so I can make sure it'll arrive on time. Fast forward to April 5th, I still didn't get my costume. Luckily, on the same day (April 5th), I found a cheaper cosplay costume for Dustin from Joom, but it was without the pants, but I already had those kind of pants at home. And yes, the Joom one arrived on time. A week before Comic Con started. And it looks so detailed and so real. Fast forward to this date, I still didn't get the costume from EzCosplay. And yes, I did contact them via email throughout all these times, and they said things about the factory and stuff, like they told the factory to make it as fast as possible or something, but let's be honest here, I don't think they even started on my order. A few days ago, I requested a full refund on my order, and they told me that my order got cancelled and I'll get my money back "in about a week". Now it hasn't been a week since my request yet, but I want to know if they'll actually give me all my money back. Because if not, I'll be actually pissed off. So yeah, don't buy from EzCosplay.
