Planning to file within the next year. Chapter 7. Planning to give up our home as we no longer want to be buying. We are house broke. How do we go about collecting all the information from debtors and creditors we owe? I know we owe something’s that aren’t reported on our credit reports and we don’t get bills about. We can no longer access these accounts online either. They are all within 4 years old.
