I’ve been dealing with this issue since I was younger!!! My neck is huge, it’s looks like this ( ) vs a normal neck shape )(. Oh did I mention I also have darkening in the back of my neck! I really just want a natural way that REALLY helps cure your insulin resistance. I do not have diabetes yet (thank god) but I’ve been struggling with my sleep, sugar cravings, hard to focus on one task. Any supplements recommendations would be great as well….. just tired of feeling this way. HELP.
