Regarding your tips...
I'm a customer residing in a Texas college town. Today I read a news article concerning which restaurants drivers detest picking up from, and one of the issues mentioned several times was store managers stealing the driver's tips. Now I'm not rich (retired with social security as my only income) and my wife hates it when I drive because I've already had three wrecks due to the students in this town.
But I always tip the top level and had no idea that the tip could be stolen as it says on the app that "100% of tips go to the driver" and until now have had no reason to think otherwise. The tip is yours; it's your vehicle, your fuel, you out in the weather (it's either 110 degrees or rain/sleet here) and you bringing me food so you deserve it. So my question is - how can I guarantee that you get the tip and it doesn't go in the pocket of some greasy manager? TIA
