I am on the copilot free plan, and I very quickly run out of code completions and chat credits each month. How do I exchange my money for services so that I don't get cut off after a day or two of coding and have to wait a month to get copilot back? My livelihood kind of depends on coding tools... this refers to VSCode tools specifically
