I work around equipment that gets passed between multiple people every day and it made me realize how differently everyone handles hygiene. Some people wipe things down constantly while others grab tools with greasy hands and move on like nothing happened.
mine probably gets touched more than my phone at this point.
sounds abnormal but whenever my space is cluttered still feel gross no matter how clean am. Anyone else get that feeling?
For me it was surprisingly changing small habits instead of buying more products. Washing bedsheets more often, cleaning my phone regularly, and actually sticking to a nighttime routine made a way bigger difference than expensive skincare ever did.
I want to know what changed things the most for other people here?
I’ve seen completely different answers online about this, from every few days to once a month, and now I don’t know what’s considered normal anymore. Especially if you shower before bed, sleep alone, and don’t sweat heavily. Curious what people’s realistic routine is because sometimes internet hygiene advice feels way more intense than real life.
