I know thumbnails and titles are important, but I was looking back at my videos this morning, trying to figure out why one of them exploded to 10k views, while my others are lucky to break 100 most of the time. The only discernible difference is the thumbnail. Some of the others even have a better AVD. Moral of the story: really put that work in with the thumbnails! (Also if anyone has any advice for what I'm doing wrong with these, it'd be much appreciated).
