What Would You Do If You Were First Diagnosed Again?

Hi y'all, I'm entering this subreddit for some advice and perspectives. I'm currently 25wks pregnant and in testing for cholestasis and preeclamsia my midwife informed me that my liver enzymes were elevated and it was likely due to fatty liver disease. I have PCOS, so this isn't really a surprise, but I don't want to make the condition worse and am very much in the game of preventing diabetes and cirrhosis if possible.

So, while I await for more information from my doctor, I am curious on what those of you in the game longer would do if you were diagnosed for the first time all over again? What are some good action steps? Thanks in advance for sharing! :)
