For those with issue receiving your twitch drops you may try the following. Worked for me.
I managed to fix mine, see if ur works if you do this:

Go to https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections Find Marvel Snap, turn out there was two of them. Disconnect the Old one (I think that one is tied to Nuverse's Marvel Snap or whatnot)
go to https://twitch.marvelsnap.com/ Connect the twitch to snap account again.
wait abit and log in game and check if mailbox show the rewards.
