Is this normal?
Received delivery of our Koda 2 Pro yesterday. Eagerly opened the packaging with all the excitement of a kid at Christmas and was presented with what looks like a deformed top of the oven.
Started doubting myself as to whether this is a manufacturing defect, damage in transit or if it’s entirely normal and it will go away on first use or something like that.
Raised a ticket with support but expect they will be slow to respond with the recent sale ending so figured I’d ask here. What do we think, normal or something gone wrong?
