Pharmacist Called Me Out. Am I Wrong For This?

So yesterday, a doctor sent in a prescription for a patient for Zepound. This patient is a regular at our pharmacy, and we always fill the Zepbound for her. However, on this prescription, there was a different ICD10 code on it that was different compared to the previous ones (I’m assuming it’s because she is now at a healthy BMI), and when I tried processing it through the discount card, it rejected because her BMI was not in the range for coverage anymore. So I let her know this, and my pharmacist came over and told me to process the Zepbound with the ICD10 codes from the previous prescription. I kind of gave her this side-eye look, because I was under the assumption that that would be considered fraud if we did that, and she then told the patient that she would call the doctors office to make sure everything is correct. So I thought everything was fine, until today when she asked me why I gave her that look. I explained to her that I was unsure if it was right to do that, and she told me “Don’t question me like that in front of the patient again. I know what I am doing. She is a regular here and we always fill her Zepbound like that.” Was I in the wrong?
