Just hung up my dream MCM art piece! It's an original Herman Miller environmental enrichment panel designed by Alexander Girard in 1972. Still can't believe I found it!

This one is called "Black & White" and is my favorite of all of Alexander Girard's designs. These environmental enrichment panel textiles were designed to liven up Action Office II cubicle walls, but it feels much too beautiful for that

It's hanging in a temporarily spot until we can do some remodeling and give it a proper place of honor

I have a 2014 infinity edge coast spas tub that has developed a slow leak. After topping up fully, 2-3 weeks later the water level is too low to run. I can see a slow seep of water on the concrete pad and the black plastic pan that runs around the base of the whole unit has water in it

Unfortunately the previous homeowner didn’t take good care of the unit. They also enclosed the front and sides in a small deck which really limits my service access. I can only access the back equipment bay with the pump and it’s all dry in there

Any other things to try before I start taking down the deck? And if I do have to take down the deck, where should I start checking?
