I just got my K2 HE unboxed it plugged it in for the software connected but no keys are working at all. The back light works and can be controlled with the software but no matter what the keys aren't working. That aren't working so I can't do the fn+j+z to reset the keyboard is my only option to try to return the keyboard to Amazon
