I'm a 20M student looking for a furnished sublet for the months of July and towards the end of August. I'm looking for a place with easy access to a green line stop, preferably the B line (Allston, Brookline, etc). The closer to Boston University the better.

My budget is around $1500 a month

I'm clean, organized, respectful, and a non-smoker.

Mainly I'm looking for a private bedroom, furnished space, preferably easy laundry access but not a necessity.
