Filspari side effects
Quick run down: I was on Losartan and Farxiga for about 3 years. My nephrologist decided switching to the Filspari was going to be the most beneficial. I was already hesitant due to reading the possible side effects..
200mg didn’t cause anything noticeable. I was fine.
400mg increase; I immediately noticed fatigue and just over all being much more tired. My ankles have slight edema I can see sock indents. I’ve also noticed I’ve been bloated. It’s been about two weeks and I’ve gained 4 lbs.
I did notify my team about the fatigue and slight edema. I never mentioned the bloating , I thought maybe it was a change in diet or it would go away. I do sometimes experience random bloat episodes, not this long tho. Tomorrow im going to update my neph and ask about lowering back down to 200mg.
Has anyone else experienced this?
