The first of six

Finished up the first of 6 wallets I'll be making for my groomsmen. It's made from pueblo leather and ritza tiger thread. Love the quality of the wallet and can't wait to suprise the team with them.

The first of 6

I'm making wallets for my groomsmen as gifts using the wedding colors. Love the design byTissoleather on etsy. Yes I know that's a big wedding party but I love them.

Cute little card holder

I just had a little idea brewing in my head. I made it so I can hopefully stop thinking about it haha.

Coasters

My aunt asked to make some coasters for a friend of hers. Hopefully I put enough sealant on them.

Cute Little Fox

My latest design. Also my first bag where I dyed/painted all the leather in the project. Let me know how I did.

I should have been dying my own leather thisbwhole time.

Having the flexibility of making the leather look how i want it to is going to be a game changer for my future projects.

Whelp at least we know it works

Was getting ready to dye some leather and mindlessly kept the lid off the deglazer.

I had an idea

Is this an interesting design. I thought it up at work the other day and made it a thing, but im not sure how I feel about it. I know for sure, if I make it again, I'll need the change the bottom part to be a little larger. It was really tight putting the middle in.

My first attempt at dying my own leather

My mom wanted a calico cat coin purse for her friend, so i took the challenge. Ive learned a lot for this and hopefully the next time I dye my own leather, it'll be a bit cleaner.

Pattern 2 of trying to make the cutest bag in the world

I fixed my gusset blunder from a previous post and here's the end result.

I need an oversight committee

There were two extra dots on the design that I forgot to delete, so when I made the gusset it was made two stitching holes too large. So I had to undo my work for today.

UPDATE: I solved the issue. I took the peices apart and just cut the ends of the bottom gusset peice to fix the extra two holes I added. Luckily it was only off by 2 stitching points so I didnt have to improvise too hard.

The final product

First two photos are the two designs before I finally got to one that works functionally and isnt a tedious build. Let me know what you all think.

Designing things is hard

Got it all put together and everything lined up perfectly, but my design had flaws. The purse was very top heavy and liked to flip upside down. I kinda fixed it by extending the d rings so the axis is above the center, but it's only functional. I went back and redesigned the gusset and also made the bag a bit smaller because this guy was way too big. Stay tuned for the final product soon.

Made by friends request.

My friend wanted a new bag that fits her laptop and I had wanted to make this pattern again since the last time I made it it was my 5th-ish project ever. Big projects like this are such a patience tester. Especially when you put the wrong gusset somewhere or forget to add straps before sewing. Do yall have any goof stories that made you set the project down to start again the next day?

Cat coin purse / wallet

Holy cow was the little project more taxing than I thought it was going to be. I love the pattern by NomadeCrafts and it offered me a fresh challenge that I had been looking for.
