Wondering if anyone here can advise what it’s like to put in an ongoing noise issue complaint to Southwest about a problem neighbour. I’ve lived in one of their buildings for years without issue but six months ago a lost the neighbour lottery.

Longtime renter and I also used to work for several property management companies so I have an idea of how little or how much a company can/will do, so if they’re a do-nothing type of company I’d like to save myself the frustration and just start looking forward to a move this year.

I wouldn’t be expecting them to start anything with the RTB, more like strongly-worded-letter territory. I’m used to hearing noise from other neighbours but this is like living underneath a gang of rabid muppets lol.
