Hi,

I send out invoices to my customers to make their insurance payment, on a daily basis i send out approximately 30 to 40 invoices each day. I am currently using Authorize.net which is linked to my Wells Fargo Business account. I have been using Authorize.net for approximately 10 years with no major issues, my biggest issue is I have to send each invoice manually and individually one by one. When I create an invoice I need to type the fields (i simply copy and paste from my insurance software) the customers Name, email address, invoice number, due date, and amount into the authorize.net web browser and hit send. the customers receives the invoice in their email and can pay on their web browser on their phone or PC, with a credit/debit or check. It works and is simple enough.

However i realized there must be a online tool which would allow me to upload a batch of invoices in one upload feature using a text delimited file. If i create a text file of these 30 or 40 customers and upload the file for processing and the vendor would send out these separate invoices to 30 to 40 customers, all done in one shot, it would save me 30 minutes to 1 hour per day.

I got the idea, as Authorize.net does have a tool to upload a batch of credit cards for processing using a text delimited file, i need to same tool but for invoices and they do not have it.

What online vendor would be best for me to explore having a feature as described above?

I do not need any accounting software, just need the service to invoice my customers and the money gets sent to my Wells fargo checking after payment is made. I also have several hundred customers on recurring payment and i manage that on authorize.net, that feature i am having no issues. Its only the one at a time invoices that is time consuming.
