I think Pyrios has the genuine middle ground where he is not broken nor too bad, considering I didn't even use any shill buffs. Though Pyrios needs a 35+ sub stat build to perform good consistently.

Velina is such a broken enabler for anomaly. With Burnice even managing 20k was such a hassle on Vesper but getting 36k on 300M health is insane, considering buff is only partially good for Burnice.

Buff Used:

Agent Anomaly Buildup Rate increases by 15%, Anomaly DMG dealt to Discordant Solo increases by 30%, when Agents are in Ether Veil during combat, Discordant Solo's Stun DMG Multiplier increases by 30%.
