Help needed! 7 year old account with star shelly LOCKED!
(Edit: after messaging then everyday for 6 days, it finally worked and I got the account back!!)
My Brawl Stars account is 7 years old and has rare/old skins, including Star Shelly, that I can’t get back if I lose the account.
I contacted Support, provided an Apple purchase receipt and the information they requested, but they still told me:

This is honestly so frustrating. Brawl Stars Support feels like an endless automated loop, you provide evidence, the bot says it isn’t enough, and then the case gets closed without giving you a proper chance to explain anything.
I’m willing to provide any additional proof necessary. I just want an actual person to manually review my case.
Has anyone successfully recovered an account after getting this response? I really need help. 🙏

When restoring a falsely locked brawl stars account
do they accept receipts from the supercell store cuz the stupid support bot keeps replying with the same thing: We were unable to verify ownership.
