I previously shared my peacock account password with a roommate who I’m no longer living with/speaking to. After moving out, I removed all devices and changed my password. However, she continued to be able to sign in and I keep getting emails on it. I’ve changed my password and removed all devices numerous times but she is still able to login.

I know it’s her because she has an Amazon fire TV and I do not, which that’s the device that’s logging in. It’s also her city, not mine.

I’ve asked their chat support numerous times and finally it’s getting escalated, but wondering if anyone else has dealt with this.
