print sticking to fep

i have a saturn 3 ultra and am extremely new to all this, but all my prints have been sticking to the fep lately, including prints that have worked in the past. i tried manually levelling the plate but it hasnt worked, any tips?

sea urchins spines drooping

is he alright? he wont move and i even put him on the grapes in case he was just hungry and his spines came up for a little bit then dropped back down. he hasnt lost any spines yet but this also just started today :(
