Can someone teach me how to disable hit collision in games so character would not flinch after a hit?

I know how to do it in games where there is a timer after you get hit, thats pretty easy

But for other games - how its done? I used many FLING trainers in past and almost all of them have this script

I read that you need to look through HP Decrease function to find it, but I never manage to do it

Would appreciate it
