Lance Chalazion or exercise patience I barley have.

It started off as a stye, then a small chalazion, I tried warm compress and a squeeze and heard a pop then it got bigger and inflammed. I am on vacation and over the bs. Im ready to lance it cus I dont have money for surgical removal and warm compress isnt working. Its been this big for about 4 days now. I have the warm eyepatch but its not working quick enough to my liking and Im on Vaca for the whole month. It does leak fluid sporadically but again not enough for me.
