Hi everyone, I’m finalizing my EB-1A brief and wanted to get some feedback on my defined "Field of Endeavor." My attorney has proposed the following, but I’m concerned it might be a bit long
Proposed Field: "Product Vision and Strategy, Business Administration Specialized in Gen-AI, Product Management, E-commerce, Product Leadership and Conversational AI Expert"
A bit of my background:
- Role: Senior Director at a major professional services marketplace.
- Past Experience: Product leadership roles at Amazon, Walmart
- Key Contributions: 6 U.S. patents in e-commerce/customer experience (cited 180+ times). Patents are commercially used across competitors and cross reference for subsequently filed paten by companies such as Target, Google etc.
- Evidence: Claiming 5 criteria (Leading/Critical Role, High Remuneration, Original Contributions, Judging, Membership).
My Questions:
- Is this field too fragmented? Does it risk an RFE for not being a "singular" field of endeavor?
- Should I tighten it to something like "AI-Driven Product Leadership in E-commerce and Professional Services"?
- For those who have been approved in product management, did you include "Business Administration" in the title, or did you stick to a more technical/scientific designation?
Thanks in advance for any insights!
