Okay so some damaged shingles I can fix. But thoughts on this roof? Looking to buy this house. Agent requesting an entire new roof due to the roof decking being planks instead of OSB. However the planks look 20x stronger than any OSB and in great condition so a replacement sounds insane to me

Wife and I got inspections report back for a house we are trying to purchase. How bad is this? I’ve worked in concrete my entire life and now a pipefitter done one roof in my life. I can handyman shit if needed just not knowledgeable on this.
