Informed Consent Form
Title of Study: Perceptions of Race and Fairness in Society Researcher: Ruby Ledezma Course: ANTH‑E 105 Culture and Society Instructor: Jenny Riley
Purpose of the Study You are invited to participate in a research study examining how individuals perceive the relationship between race and fairness in society. The goal is to better understand public perceptions of fairness, equality, and racial bias.
Procedures If you choose to participate, you will complete a short survey of about 10 questions. It should take approximately 5–10 minutes.
Voluntary Participation Participation is completely voluntary. You may skip any question or stop at any time.
Risks There are minimal risks. Some questions involve reflecting on sensitive topics. You may skip any question you prefer not to answer.
Benefits There may be no direct benefit to you, but your responses will contribute to a better understanding of how people view fairness and race in society.
Confidentiality All responses are anonymous. No identifying information will be collected.
Eligibility Participants must be 18 years or older.
