For context, I'm Mid 20s working for an Energy company. We have 2 facilities that are about half a mile apart but they're two different companies under one big umbrella company. The last 6 months the company has been doing a reorg (the company is known for this every so often). Anyway back in November they fired my manager and split the to facilities into 2 separate areas and bosses. Just last month they fired a guy down at the one facility to wrap up the reorg and my boss told me that I am to fill in and go on call (every 4 weeks now since there's only 2 guys plus me and another guy that were forced there). I am completely stressed out, I don't know the operations hardly at all, I am way more comfortable at my station but as of today I was told that it's probably going to be a permanent fill in. I've been there 4 years and really don't want to be at the place I was forced. Not to mention they haven't given me my level up pay which everyone I've talked to is saying I'm getting screwed over. Do I switch jobs or do I ride the wave? I'm stressed out over it and feel like I'm never going to get fluent at my job
