What optic do you think is better of the two and why?

I currently own the 4-16, and I love the glass, the quality of the optic etc. but my ONE complaint is how annoying the zeroing process/ the zero Hold. I find that it constantly fucks up or is super picky when you are setting the zero, and working the clutch. The video explains it very simply, but it never seems to be simple in my own personal experience. I wonder if anyone else has this same problem, and also, what the consensus is on the razor 4-24, and how it compares with the atacr 4-16. I know they are essentially the exact same size and weight. So curious to know.

Is anyone or has anyone ever been an RPO for SAIC working at the MMAC? If so what do you think about it, is there any room for growth? Is there any experience gained that can get you into position working at the FAA besides ATC since you are at HQ? Or can you get enough experience as an RPO to transfer over into being an RSO for SAIC etccc. Just anything is greatly appreciated, and mainly wondering what growth within SAIC or potential FAA positions you could possibly network into since you’d be at HQ?

Currently running an atacr 4-16 on an 18in 5.56 gas gun, don’t have any problems with it, but was wondering if it’d be worth it to upgrade to the 4-20? Is the 4-20 a noticeably better optic since it had a 50mm objective? Or would you stay with the 4-16?
