Could I get some help looking into this? It's my first time getting a mortgage and with a loan broker, and not sure if these costs are normal. Are the closing costs too high and is this rate okay? I already paid a 200$ fee for the co-op to fill out a questionnaire, so I don't really want to keep shopping around.
