I’ve had my iPhone 15 Pro since launch, and honestly, it’s starting to feel a bit sluggish. I’m getting random stutters when I’m switching between a bunch of apps, and if I’m on a video call using 5G, the phone gets pretty warm and starts lagging hard.

The battery is also draining way faster than it used to. My battery health is at 88% with under 1,000 cycles, so it’s not perfect, but it shouldn't be performing this poorly.

I’m asking because my office MacBook M3 Pro was recently acting up, and after a full reset and restore, it feels incredibly fast again. It made me wonder if the same logic applies to iOS.

Has anyone tried doing a full factory reset to clear out the "gunk" on a 15 Pro? Did it actually help with the lag and battery, or is it just a waste of time? Would love to hear your experiences before I go through the hassle of setting everything up again.
