The Horus Heresy rages on, rally to us and bring ruin to the Traitors!

>Who are we?

We the 278th Cohort a, Semi-Serious, New Player-Friendly Arma 3 Unit of Warhammer enthusiasts, both New and Veteran, set during the events of the Horus Heresy in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. Specifically, we play as Cohort of Solar Auxilia, unaugmented Human soldiery clade in Void Armour, considered second only to that of the Emperors Legiones Astartes. Fighting for control of the Calix Sector on the edge of Ultramar.

Over the past 2 years we've launched numerous campaigns against the Arch Traitor's forces. Each one not only consisting of various Battlefactors, which influence how the Operations of that campaign play out. But also voted on by our Cohort members! Keeping things ever changing as the Heresy drags on. Deployments for these Operations are scheduled to happen every, Friday at 6:30 PM EST.

118th Solar Battalion | Frontline Combat (Solar Auxilia)

2nd Medicae Battalion | Medical Support (Solar Auxilia)

45th Aviation Wing | Air Support (Aeronautica Imperialis)

401st Explorator Clade | Logistics Support (Mechanicum Of Mars)

House Lysithea | QRF/Area Denial (Questoris Imperialis)

Some Cohort Units have limited slots; some will increase in availability as the Cohort grow.

>Closing Remarks

Our Cohort is the only Solar Auxilia, unit (that we know of) in the Arma 3 community. As such we're the Vanguard; paving the way on what it means to be Solar Auxilia in galaxy set aflame. Stalwart soldiers of the Emperors Exertus Imperialis, loyal troopers who'd gladly face down the horrors of the galaxy time and time again. Be it within the confines of a subterranean bunker or on the open plains of an all out assault.
