Combo position at Costco
For over the past two years, Costco has implemented a new position called combo where you work on the front end during the day and then you stock at night is anyone else experiencing an issue where the combos are doing double labor, such as doing carts than stocking at night being on carts for the full day and then expect to stock for an hour perhaps. I find it very unfair that only 10% of the building has to do double labor when some of the front end employees don’t have to go outside at all. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem.
