Any German fans here?

I recently bought the Skrilly edition of that "032c" magazine from Berlin.

At the point of purchase, their website VERY clearly states "The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery."

However, upon delivery, I was charged an additional $17.50 import fee by FedEx. 032c's team asked me to email them the invoice, but after sending it to them a month ago they've completely ghosted me. They never replied, and won't respond to any follow-up emails.

I don't care about American tariffs - the only thing that matters is their guarantee that customers won't be charged these fees. They're ignoring their own guarantee.

As an American, is there any entity I can contact in Germany to get help resolving this...?

Great news, guys!

I just talked to OCIO on the phone.

I asked what the latest official guidance is, regarding the ongoing OC outages...

The great news is, he told me "it's been resolved for everyone"!

That's right, folks! Forget all the Reddit posts, and all the group chats with your coworkers — they must just be pretending! Because according to the Office, the problems have officially been fixed!

Nice! Now I can continue to NOT be able to submit my fucking work... but with the added comfort of knowing that everything has been fixed.

No OC updates today?

The issues are ongoing, but they've stopped sending us updates.

Seems like they're just too embarrassed to acknowledge that the issue is ongoing, after sending out yet another "we swear it's officially fixed this time guys!!!!!" email last night...

Isn't it both ironic and profoundly embarrassing, that we return to work after celebrating the 250th birthday of our country... only to find that our government is in such shambles, that they can't maintain the most basic fucking piece of software ever? Pathetic.

Anyone else take last week off?

Looks like the 5pm update fixed things for... a few minutes?

Just now, I was about to save my work and hop offline for the night... when I noticed OC won't sync or save, AGAIN. Looks like we're back to square one. 4 full days of not being able to submit work.

Did anyone else take last week off for the 4th? I was gone all of last week, and OC has been down all of this week. Meaning, THERE'S BEEN NO WINDOW OF TIME THIS BIWEEK WHERE I COULD SUBMIT WORK.

If they don't fix this by Saturday, am I expected to take a 0% for my production this biweek?????
