Hi all!

Thanks to anyone who reads this

I am trying to book a Ryokan in Hakone for a couple nights Early April-2027, and the only one that shows availability is Kai Hakone which I know is a chain.

Are rooms really sold out this far in advance? Or given they are usually small businesses, maybe they don't let you book that far in advance?

Any personal experience would be greatly appreciated!
