Shipping preferred

I am looking for either a RTX 5060 Ti 16GB (max budget is $430), RX 9060 XT 16GB (max budget is $400), or a 9070XT 16GB (possibly around the same price).

I only want black triple-fan models, ideally looking for models like the Gigabyte Gaming OC or XFX Mercury OC, but I'm open to other 3-fan cards as long as it's the 16GB version. Must be fully functional and comes with original box
