"For Vegetarians Only" — Saw this luxury duplex ad in today’s paper. Is this normal now for Basavanagudi?
I was flipping through the Rajasthan Patrika this morning and spotted this ad for "King’s Euphoria." It looks like a high-end luxury project, but the "FOR VEGETARIANS ONLY" tag in bold red caught my eye.
I know certain areas have preferences, but seeing it explicitly advertised for a ₹16,000/sq. ft. luxury property feels a bit restrictive. Is this legal under RERA, or is it just the norm in this part of South Bengaluru? Would love to hear your thoughts.
