And the other day I got hassled for "impeding traffic" while running across a cross walk with 5 seconds left I don't understand it. The last couple of people who got hit and died in town were in crosswalks. Why does it feel so much easier to just cross when there's not cars around rather than wait 5 minutes in a crosswalk.

I know this is a New Jersey thing and not just a Somerville thing but I had to rant. How bout you stop the guy going 50mph down veterans memorial blvd and not the guy just trying to cross the street.
