No update on Michigan state return
Hello! Im just asking for some general advice I suppose, I filed my taxes at the end of January and they were accepted by the state Jan 31st. At first I didnt think anything of the wait because sometimes it takes a bit, but then February came and went, I got my federal refund but still no state. Mid-March I checked the status and it said something along the lines of being in manual review. I never received any mail/letters regarding the state needing more information, but I was also of the mind that this was still before tax day. Eventually it moved out of manual review and went to 'pending review'. So I let it sit a little longer, around end of April was the first time I tried to call the office and I spent like 3 minutes going through the menus only to be told that the lines were busy and it hung up. Ive never been able yo contact anyone regarding this, and I dont know what my options are at this point. Any advice/help would be appreciated, Thanks!
