I’m on this sub because my son just got into MBA school, so paying attention more to your world.

My question is: Why is networking with other students such a big deal for you guys? Your investing all of your time with guys that have yet to accomplish anything, and many never will, if the goal is to get a future job, have you run the probabilities on whether that one student can really get you a job in 10 years when you need one? Why not focus on your skills and just be a friendly person without over killing the networking with other unemployed students ?
